The birth of plastics has brought a new wave and opportunity to the industrial development. Conventionally all containers, consumer durables, gears and other innumerable components for all industries were made using ferrous or non-ferrous materials. With the advent of high strength, better performance engineering plastics, the consumer industry is slowly reverting from the conventional use of metals to plastics.

To meet the new demand of engineering and non-engineering plastics, Carbonaire Industries was started and has grown into an ISO 9002 certified organisation along with UL approval with its speciality as engineering plastics.

The industrial plastic wares manufactured in our organisation with zero-effect accuracy and made from high quality engineering plastics play a key role in public as well as private sector industrial establishments like DoT, Indian Railways and Defence ordnance factories and Multinational Corporations like General Motors and Whirlpool Corporation etc.

The processing of plastics for production of injection moulded items all over the world has shifted from the conventional plunger type to the screw type injection. The injection moulding machinery used in our unit are all CNC machines ranging from 50-210 tonnes with supporting equipments like chillers, mold temperature controllers, DEHUMIDIFYING DESSICANT BED DRYERS, generators, loaders and post moulding equipment like ULTRASONIC WELDING, PAD PRINTING, conditioning and further supplemented with an AIR CONDITIONED LABORATORY for plastics testing and verification.

We have learnt the ropes of licencing procedures relating to the office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade and customs through our experience of supplying items to both Government and Non-Government organisations throughout the world.

To augment the increasing requirement we have established a unit at MARAIMALAI NAGAR under the name CARPLAST INDIA with injection as well as blow moulding machinery along with supporting accessories and testing facilities.
